This has so far been my worst experience at a nail salon. I went there for the first time Friday for my friend's birthday. I got the coffin shaped nails. I could tell them that she made the gel acrylic way funnier than it should be. And I mentioned it to her then but she continued to tell me she knows what she's doing. But apparently she doesn't because here we are four days later and I open the door knob and the nail completely broke in half. I went to have it fixed just a few minutes ago and even then he didn't file it the correct way and had to redo it but failed to tell me they were planning on charging me $4 to fix a nail that was their fault for making the acrylic too thin. Might I add I paid extra for the gel nails which is $40 a full set. I was not planning on going back because they were rude and very snooty but I went back so they would fix their mistake. So now I am with one nail with no nail polish on it because they failed to tell me before they started that they were going to charge me $4. So I'm going back to my regular nail salon which is Golden Nails in the Hunsinger Lane shopping center and I'm pretty sure that they will fix it for me for free. Do not go here!!! They try to reel you in with the "free" smoothies which aren't even blended fully. And the batista they have there are so rude!!! This was the Worst experience ever and I will never go back!
