This pool is Disgustingly filthy and Unsanitary. The pumps aren't in working order, there isn't any hot water to use for hand sanitation or showers, (including the snack bar's sink) the build up of (?) is prevalent and the water has film & debris floating in and on top of it. There is a huge hole dug by the main entrance w/o any safety signs around it. The management is rude, unprofessional and highly un ethical. When I spoke to the mngt, concerning the lack of hot water and not being able to wash hands properly, the response was "What the F... Does hot water have to do with washing hands"! The Mngt screams at the patrons daily, including the smaller children, with a complete disregard to approaching the parents.., The management is extremely belligerent and rude. One lady was yelled at when she asked for ice, that she had earlier been told was free. She reminded the Mngt of the previous no charge & The mngt screamed at her, stating 'you remind me of my Xwife'! The Mngmt yells at the children and adults alike, with extreme disrespect. To top off this behavior, the mngt put 3 frogs in a plastic bag and suffocated them last week. When confronted, the mngt stated "They are JUST frogs". This pool is ran with inappropriate Mngt, who rules by intimidation. The Lifeguards are afraid to speak up in fear for their jobs. (I have spoken to a few who stated this) I fear for the safely, and health of all and I received a refund. I would NEVER recommend this awful place to anyone! I joined another pool where there is a harmonious and relaxing atmosphere; unlike this place.
