Lakeside Swim Club, Louisville, Ky., offers a wide variety of aquatic programs, such as diving lessons, lifeguard certification, swimming lessons and scuba classes. It also offers a variety of fitness programs, including aerobics and aqua aerobics, exercise room demos, personal training, yoga, sun tai chi and 25/50 clubs. The club s diving lesson program is designed to provide instruction focusing on springboard diving. The lessons include instruction in the techniques of the approach, hurdles and execution of entry. Lakeside Swim Club offers a wide range of courses designed to teach lifeguards the skills and knowledge needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies.
