Kentuckiana College Access Center ( KCAC ) has provided free educational, financial aid, and career counseling services to adults and youth in Greater Louisville since 1977. The Center is sponsored by Kentuckiana Works, a business-led workforce investment board that oversees workforce development initiatives in the Greater Louisville region. Primary funding for the Center comes from the U.S. Department of Education, TRIO Programs. Our Vision The Greater Louisville region will be home to a skilled and educated workforce whose qualifications give our community a competitive advantage in our efforts to make this region the nation's next "economic hotspot." Our Mission To provide Greater Louisville's youth and adults, particularly those that are underrepresented in higher education, the information and resources necessary to achieve their post-secondary educational goals.
