How anyone could give these folks anything less than five stars amazes me. I've been to the outer location several times, for both ER care and annual check ups. The doc's have always gone out of their way to answer questions and provide top notch care. It would be though if they had a location in the east end as the drive from Shelbyville is a bit long;)

These guys are too high. Long waiting times. Unprofessional service

My baby was very old and sick, he was in altot of pain and was slowly dying. I called up there at 3am and they told me to come in. There was nothing they could do for him, but the caring staff was very sympathetic to me. They put him down and it was very painless. They also got him prepared for me to bury him. When and if I ever get another animal I WILL go to see them! They are the BEST!!!!!!!!

I would definitely recommend them. Everything was exceptional.
