I have been a patient for over 20 years. I drive across town to see her instead of someone local. The building is a little older the parking a little crowded but I would still make the drive and walk a block to see her. Dr Trinkle is caring, professional, knowledgeable and complete in her exams and you know it. I wouldn't go anywhere else There are persons on drugs who will leave a bad review if they don't get pain medication. But doctors are heavily regulated about when, where and how they can give out pain medications. Drug addicts are quick to give negative reviews if they don't get pain medication. Doctors lose their license to issue prescriptions if they don't follow guidelines. If you find a negative review for a doctor please understand it is probably because an addict didn't get drugs when he demanded it and wasn't allowed to receive it under the law. You couldn't get a better doctor than Ms Trinkle.

I have been going to the same Doc. for going on 22 years and have no reason to change. She has always taken great care of me and her nurse as well. She gets straight to the point and it works for me.

This Doctor MD Stacie Tinkle at Iroquois Medical Center, Louisville KY 502-361-8801, 5601 south 3rd street, policy IS, if you are a new patients, and if you have had any major surgery in the past years and was on any type of Narcotic you will not get in as a new patient you will not be ACCEPTED by this office as a new patient. This is what the patients assistant was telling me. she could not tell me WHY. she just kept saying that same thing we can not accept you. I can not help that I had a major surgery and they put me on a narcotic for a couple of days. Its was for 5 days after the surgery but 2 days after the surgery I didn’t even finish the medication. I started myself on regular Tylenol. This is TOTAL DISCRIMINATION but the IROQUOIS Medical Center.. WOW... I was Prescribe the medication I didn't buy it of the streets. I have two insurance company's that I can find a better doctor.

I'm a long-time a patient, and these are the best doctors in town. Dr. Mattingly and Dr. Trinkle take their time and really listen to you, and they really care.

doctors don't respond

I went in Tuesday and found out I had Pleurisy. The doctor didn't do an chest x-ray to make sure I didn't have pneumonia and didn't give me anything besides a prescription for steroids to help with the inflammation. Once the medication wore off the following Sunday I thought maybe my lungs would just be a little tender from being so swollen. That Thursday my lungs were hurting so bad. I got up as soon as they open and called to leave a message for my doctor that my lungs were getting worse. I couldn't walk or breath without experiencing paid. Two hours later I didn't receive a call back so I called them again and was told that the doctor probably wouldn't get back to until the end of the day. I was in so much pain that I called my mom crying. She called them to ask if they could make an exception to have the doctor call me or call me in some medication. They refused and said that they doctor would get back to me by the end of the day. The doctor didn't get back to me at all.
