Imperial house is a nice apartment complex.Pro's - Great Security House phone in rooms where you can call out,but no one can call in. Spacious Apartments Community Room for tenants to hang out with others Management is professionalA pretty nice place to stay tho it has con's also.Con's Hallway 8th floor seemed to be very muggy n humid in the summer , guess they do not believe in a/c for the hall's or the 8th floor was broke.Pool has limitations ( no more than 5 in pool at a time ) which I thought was rediculous for a complex that size. Maybe they take reservations for swim times ( but I doubt ) .They didn't open Pool til late july ,closed end of august.Water heater is a 10 gal so hot water doesn't last very long.People tend to park in your reserved car port spot that you pay extra for , seems management doesn't try to hard to prevent that.Gates that lead to tenant parking were broke often allowing any car to come thru
