I dropped off equipment to be repaired and bought new equipment while I was there. I did not hear anything about it for months and when I called to check on it they had no record of it being repaired or dropped off for repair and then waited another couple of weeks for the salesman to respond back with me. Terrible terrible service, and the people were very unfriendly, it was like walking into a morgue. I walked in and had fifteen people just sit and look at me like they were lost in space. I would recommend finding another company to get what I needed repaired.
