I've had Charter's services at my home and business for several years without so much as a hiccup. My previous internet provider gave me a wireless router that was constantly going down at all times of the day. I never knew if my internet would be working or not. Since switching to Charter I've never had downtime and the speed seems faster too. (Hide)
