Awful service. Waited almost an hr and a half just for someone to pickup. Unacceptable on a Wensday Morning. People have jobs and no time to be waiting that damn long.

Everyone I came across at this location stone Friday was Extremely rude, I visited this location to take the permit test and after taking and failing the test I asked if I could keep my failed test to study an look over the man told me no, now I don't understand why I wouldn't be able to have kept that sheet, to study an then before going to the testing room the worker was suppose direct me to this room. But didn't give good directions at all she said go to the stop sign an wait, as I'm walking I see no stop sign an now I'm on a line I'm not suppose to be in trying to find out where this stop sign is it end up being 3 rights around this building these people are terrible at there job I'd rather visit the westend location where im sure they are about the people and helping! Making sure there doing their jobs correctly! Bowman field is races I'm sure of it!

Hours of operation would be a nice addition to this listing.Mon 8am-6Tues-Fri 8am-4Sat 830am-1230 for renewals, duplicates and personal IDs only. ** NO TESTING ON SATURDAYS**
