I hired Bluegrass Ornamental Iron to build a stairway railing for my house. The metal was to be painted because I wanted a stainless steel modern look. The product I received had numerous drips running down the spindles and all of the soldering was very unprofessional. They never answer their phones...so one is left leaving message after message with never a call back. It took three months to get a portion of my deposit back, even after returning the railing. When we finally did get a call they were outrageously rude! Would never recommend them!
