I've been goin to this place for years. Usually have pizza delivered, always fresh and hot. The pizza lunch buffet is great and has some of the best wings in town on it and they also have a cute lunch waitress who always remembers my drink.The manager remebers me every time and calls me by name, not too many places left like that anymore, where you feel so welcomed. Everybody's too worried about feedin ya and shovin ya out the door, but not at the bearnos on westport. become a regular there and they treat ya like family.

I've been going to Bearno's on Westport rd. ever since I was a little girl. I practically grew up there. I have NEVER had any problems with the establishment. They make delicious pizza and their employees are extremely personable. While the restaurant's decor may need a tiny bit of help in the modernization process, that's the only complaint I can even fathom when pressed for one. Keep in mind though that if you just want edible pizza, and fast, you might want to venture else where. Bearno's is more expensive than other pizza places. i.e: PapaJohns, and they always have a 45 minute delivery time. As for the previous review it's unfortunate that they seem to have had that experience. The restaurant does have an A rating though... I will not let that sway my previous, positive experiences with the restaurant however. It's simple, best pizza in Louisville: Bearno's.

I've traveled all over the world, been in every state many times over and eaten pizza just about every where. The 3 meat (pepp, Ital. saug., and ham)-super large at Bearno's is the greatest pizza in the world. I've tried asking for extra cheese, but it is actually the best with just the normal portion of cheese. Have this pizza with a great soft drink and you will have one of the best meals on the planet.
