Located in Louisville, Ky., Ballard High School offers a variety of advanced placement courses in calculus, biology, chemistry, English literature and composition, French, and European government and politics. It offers a variety of competitive, educational, language and sports clubs. The high school provides a wide variety of athletic activities, including lacrosse, baseball, basketball, field hockey, football, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, track, volleyball and wrestling. Ballard High School s library provides a wide variety of books, materials for leisure reading, and print and electronic resources. Additionally, it offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as choir, band, orchestra, visual arts and drama. The high school offers various scholarship and award programs.
