      Andrew M. Donovan, M.D., earned his bachelor’s degree from Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and spent a post-graduate year under scholarship in the Biology program at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey. Dr. Donovan obtained his medical degree from the University of Louisville, completing his residency through U of L and Norton Children’s Hospital. A native of Louisville, he has been a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics since 1997 and is a board-certified pediatrician. He enjoys spending quality time with his spouse and their three children.

      Loved the Drs but couldn't get over the incompentant staff. I had to pay a bill because insurance was run incorrectly and they would not fix it. Had multiple other problems over the 2 years I took my kids. Loved the Dr but he needs to step in and be the boss. As for an office manager, there isn't one. Supposedly his wife is but there is no contact information for her and they won't give it to you. You can leave messages but there is never ever a call back.

      The staff was very pleasant an...

      The staff was very pleasant and the doctor did not keep me waiting. My son enjoyed the office and isn't afraid to go back.
