I had problems with my Internet Explorer. The Laptop was repaired. I am to date 100% satisfied. The Tech kept in constant communication with me on the progress. I was pleasantly greeted upon entering and was given exceptional customer service through-out. The cost of repair was a fair price. Dwight

Very odd to see 2 bad ratings. I've used their services on three separate occasions, and have been 100% satisfied. The last time was an emergency repair needed on a Saturday. I called around noon, took my computer to the store and it was fixed within an hour. I couldn't have been happier!

Horrible customer service, shady practices ie., they try to keep any equipment they can convince you is no longer serviceable. They don't bother to tell you hey we are going to resell your ram, your hard drive etc. They return items in worse condition than when it is brought in. I recommend everyone beware and stay as far from this place if at all possible. They are unscrupulous and don't posses the skills for the trade they have chosen.

In addition to selling defunct equipment to our restaurant, and refusing to resolve the issue in a timely manner, the owner made hurtful homophobic comments about both our staff and loyal customers while in our restaurant. His continued malpractice and antiprofessionalism has also inspired a boycott of this store. Avoid at all costs.
