Absolute Heating and Cooling were very prompt and courteous and I was very satisfied with their work!Had a issue with parts at first but it wasnt their fault it was the home warranty company who made delays.

First encountered this company when we had issues and our Home Owner's warranty picked them. It took them over a week then to install the unit and now less than a year a part which they installed is bad and we contacted them. After scheduling us for a specific day they never showed or returend our numerous phone calls, even when we called the emergency phone line. They say theyre open 24/7 but yet we still have not yet received a call from them. To me it seems customer service isn't a priority. I really wished we had never been introduced to them and once we had another company come out we were informed that the outside unit should have been replaced as well, and there were a few things they should have installed when they put in the unt.
