I felt certain I had contacted the right company from time the phone was answered by a very nice lady who worked with me to get an appointment scheduled at my convenience, and also as soon as possible, which is what I wanted. The technician showed up right on time. He was polite, and seemed comprehensive in his service. I was pleased with the entire process. I did not "shop around" on price, but I believe that the price I paid was reasonable for the service provided. I would recommend OPC Pest Control, and will certainly use them again if I need these services.
