I had surgery with Dr. Melouk last year, and he was wonderful. I had seen another doctor previously who hadn't been willing to correct my problem. Dr. Melouk talked about all of my options and was very thorough in explaining everything. I will continue to recommend him to other patients. Fantastic doctor with a great staff.

Dr. Melouk and his nurse were very unprofessional and unhelpful. He charged me a $400 "new patient" fee plus his standard office visit fee, then subsequently refused to see me. His nurse was quite belligerent on the phone when I suggested I'd like to see him again. She actually hung up on me! He originally prescribed medication for my condition, but after it ran out he refused to re-fill it. When this happened, I called the office again and the receptionist said the nurse would call me. She never called. If he felt he couldn't treat my condition, in my opinion he should have called or better yet met with me to discuss it. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
