I feel that this office could benefit greatly from front end staffing. Without someone there to specifically make reminder phone calls, greet patients, take money and make follow up appointments, this office comes across as fly-by-night and second rate. During a recent appointment for a filling, I was rushed by the dentist. Rather than waiting the 10 minutes or so that it takes for the numbness to be complete, they started drilling within a couple of minutes. When I complained of pain, their answer was to shoot me up again, rather than just waiting for the first shot to take effect. In the past (at other offices), I have been show before and after pictures on the screen so that I could see the finished work. Not this time.....too rushed. Also, the dentist, a good 20 years my junior, talked to me in a condescending way letting me know what a "great job" I was doing, like I was a frightened child. I think they were the frightened one. It might have been their first filling unassisted.
