I purchased all of my bathtub and shower faucets from paul decorative, within 5 months of regular use it started to wear very bad so I contacted the company and left meassages and emails but no response, they managed to drag it out for a couple months, and now they saying its after the year and warranty has expired!! and I would have to pay $800 dollars to have it refinished!! and thats after paying couple thousand of dollars to buy their products.

They make the most beautiful faucets. I just installed them in my master bathroom and they have become the centerpieces of the room.
