The drive through is usually fast and hardly ever more than 2 people at a time. In side is just as fast. Great food but you may wanna check your food to make sure it's made right there bad for making it wrong in the drive though but then again so is everyone else in Louisa McDonald's is the worst. Place isn't a 5 start restaurant when it comes to cleanliness. But name one place in Louisa that is.... go ahead im waiting.

DO NOT eat here!!! Tgere is food ALL over the floors even in the kitchen and on the counters in the back. My order was messed up 3 times. Each time that it was screwed uo by the ignorant staff it took them twenty minutes or longer to fix their mistake. When i complained the second time it was to a cashier and the manager over heard me complaining gave me a nasty look then shook his head in the way of "im not dealing with this" thrn walked away. This place is a nightmare even just walking in the doir seeing the trash, lids and food all over the floor. This place needs to be shut down and i will see to it that something is done. I hope this review hurts youre business. Sorry ignorant staffed people. The only person there with a brain is some lady on drive thru she was sweet but couldnt help us because she was to busy picking up the rest of her so called teams slack.
