Just had my floors done in my house in Edgewater, MD. They look Fantastic! The guy who gave me the estimate was incredibly nice and knowledgable. What sold me about this company is that he genuinely seemed to care about my best interest, and didn't try to upsell or pressure me in any way to purchase products or services. They walked me through what to expect during the process and now I have beautiful floors to bragg about when I have family over for Thanksgiving! Here in the greater Annapolis area, Gideon is the floor master. He has done two oak floors for me in two different houses within the last year and his work is the best. The best part is that his pricing is the most economical and he delivers on time with a fantastic job. Shhhhhh don't tell too many people or he will be completely booked up! John, Annapolis

Would love to give 0 stars, but in order to do a review I must at least provide 1. I had an appointment scheduled for an estimate and called the day before to confirm the appointment. There was a no call no show from Gideon's and I tried calling numerous times throughout the day to receive a status but could not reach anyone. Instead I've left numerous messages asking someone to call me back but to no avail. I've lost a days worth of leave because of Gideon's lack of professional service.
