My husband and I absolutely adore this place. We are regulars! We feel like this is our second home. Beautiful during all seasons, it’s in a great location close to many great hiking trails. The cabin is always clean and cozy. The outdoor screened-in porch is great for a relaxed evening vibe with the cute sting lights overhead. On cold mornings we like to enjoy coffee and listen to the birds by the fire in the backyard. The loft is adorable and SO comfortable. Last but not least, the host is AMAZING! Very responsive, really goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and then some.

Cozy cabin in a beautiful location. Loved the decor and that it was dog friendly. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked. Close proximity to hiking trails and parks. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully appointed, clean, and cozy cabin! Kitchen was well stocked for prepping meals. The deck and screened porch are lovely spots to linger with a cup of coffee. Perfect for a couple, our dog also enjoyed it very much. Perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature and one another. The host was so kind and helpful with suggestions. Quiet, peaceful, and cozy! The hideaway is a great, secluded stay perfect for a long getaway or a quick respite. The cabin is very tastefully decorated, warm, and soothing. It's size is perfect for a small group of friends or two or smaller. With a great view of the surrounding mountains, and a few minutes drive to nearby amenities, this cabin is a really nice property. Looking forward to the next visit.

This cabin is perfect for 2-4 people and comes with amazing amenities. It has a deck with a grill and picnic table on it, looking over the yard and the forest, nothing blocking the view. Additionally it comes with the cosiest and most romantic porch, completely open (but surrounded with insect screens) to give you that great outside feeling. To top it off, this cabin has a firepit in the yard with tree stumps to sit on, if you feel like eating some hot marshmallows, which we also did. The beds are good, the kitchen comes with all modern utilities and the fridge has orange juice, butter, milk and fresh eggs. The bathroom is modern and has a spacious shower. You just feel so comfortable coming here, you'd ask them if they are interested in selling. This place is pet friendly, and boy did George love it here. No traffic, he never left the property and ran around like the happiest dog alive. When we requested some advice from Steve on kayaking and fishing activities, he recommended a few places for us to go. The cabin also holds several books, dvds, games and maps of local hiking trails. The perfect getaway for people who need to relax and be out in the nature. To anyone who is on the fence, you just can't go wrong with this one...

I'm very impressed with this property. It is beautiful, it is well maintained, and it is non-fuss. It's apparent from my visits to this property, that owners have thought of every last detail, down to the execution, to ensure a worry-free vacation or--getaway. The gorgeous backdrop of the Lost River Community and nearby state park make this property the ideal four-season "hideaway," romantic or otherwise.
