      Welcome! I'm Amanda, the owner of Rooted Soul Therapy, Los Gatos, CA - Anxiety therapy for Adults with relational trauma. My approach is holistic in nature (treatment of whole person, not just symptoms) & uses a psychodynamic lens (unconscious needs driving behavior). This combined approach helps my clients develop stronger awareness & understanding of their patterns, and the confidence to change them. My areas of specialty include boundary-setting, high-functioning anxiety, stressful transitions, self-worth, codependency, anxious attachment styles, and relational trauma & repair. Healing & Growth in this chapter of life is accessible, & up to you! I simply provide a safe & compassionate space for you to become a more rooted version of you
