I had no intentions of buying a car but I saw just what I had been wanting for a long, long time. There was a group of gentlemen sitting under a canopy. No one asked if they could help so so i asked if anyone wanted to sell me a car. (First red flag) Hugo responded and i asked about the Maroon Chrysler 300. I immediately fell in love with the vehicle. I called my brother for support and Hugo and i picked him up in the car. They lowered the price $500 and over and over again Hugo told me they were going to pay off my car. I gave a $5000 downpayment. What i did not realize that they used $4000 of that dp towards the payoff on my trade in and only $1000 towards the new car. They lied to me over and over! I will never deal with them again. Sam, the owner I was told does not speak to customers!
