PLEASE READ-BEWARE, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Be prepared for massive unforeseen costs.

Owner incorrectly measured our property by about 300 sq ft. When my wife asked him are u sure you do not want to come back and double check , he arrogantly said "no I'm the best etc". 3 days before our scheduled start, I called him and asked why our measurements looked so off. He said he would come by and check that day between 1 and 2 pm. After waiting until 2:45, we called him and he said he was still on his way etc. He never called to say he was even running late. The next day he calls ( 2 days before our scheduled start) and says it's going to be $1000 dollars more because he incorrectly measured. He then tried to rationalize this and said he gave us just an estimate...and that actually the job could become $9000.00 on the high end. Our original quote was for $3600.00. ( the highest quote I received by 2 different offers) Do not hire this business, he is untimely, arrogant, and unorganized.

OK - Its clear they are ZBest. Have you ever read so many great reviews? I refinished my floors myself a few years ago and they looked OK (= pretty bad). We finally decided to have them redone and WOW! we never thought they could look so good. Like a great dessert you don't want to eat. Davis is a really nice guy and a real pro.
