BEWARE OF MR. TANG PHAM, HE MAY COME OFF GENUINE AND SINCERE BUT IT IS JUST AN ACT!!!! DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING HE SAYS, ITS A LIE!!

TRUST ME, I FELL FOR IT TWICE NOW!!!

THE FIRST TIME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD CLEAN MY WEDDING DRESS BACK IN MAY 2018, TURNS OUT, HE ENDED UP THROWING IT INTO THE WASHING MACHINE AND BLAMED IT ON A THIRD PARTY CLEANER.

THE SECOND TIME IS WHEN HE PROMISED HE WOULD COVER THE OTHER HALF OF MY WEDDING DRESS DAMAGE SINCE INSURANCE ONLY COVERS HALF.

2 weeks later....update on the status of my destroyed wedding dress...
The owner, Tang Pham reached out to their insurance and had them send me insurance forms to complete. The insurance company called me and told me that the cleaners were very sorry and that they would cover the other half of the damage to the wedding dress since insurance only covers half of the dress. I told the insurance that I didn't want to fill out the forms until I can get a written agreement from the cleaners, because he might say later on that he never said he would cover the other half of the dress.

On Monday 7/2/18, I went to see Mr. Tang Pham about keeping his promise and word about covering the other half of the dress, he said that he didn't have the money and if I could give him another week. He asked me to remove the review I wrote on his yelp. I told him once everything settles and there are no issues, I'd be glad to write an update to my review. He asked me to come back the following Monday which would be 7/9/18, today and that he would have the money for me. We shook hands and parted ways. He seemed sorry and that he would do anything to make it right.

I called Mr. Tang Pham Monday 7/9/18 at noon to let him know that I was on my way to his cleaners, he proceeds to tell me that he doesn't have the money and isn't going to pay me anymore. He was very rude, dismissive and short. I told him that this is not what we had discussed on 7/2/18 and that he's going back on his word to the insurance company about covering the other half of the loss.


LONG STORY SHORT, MR. TANG PHAM SAID HE'S NOT GIVING ME ANY MONEY AND THAT I SHOULDN'T BE CONTACTING HIM ANYMORE AND TO ONLY GO THROUGH INSURANCE.

BEWARE OF THIS cleaner AND THIS MAN. HE IS A LIAR AND CROOK.
