VXI is a good company to work for, yes they do have various schedules, & when you get hired they explain to you & ask if you are avail for the hours of operation they have, so if you don't, you can decide if you want to accept their offer. That being said, all company's go through changes to try and improve their services. Yes it is kind of hard to get a good check based on their commission structure but you are guaranteed your base pay. So if you take a lot of breaks or are absent why should you get paid for it. The job is to be on the phn, so if your not on the phn why should they pay you! & that is for any job, if your not working your not going to get paid!

VXI is a good company. I would recommend it. They have a lot of different work schedules available and they are a stable company.

It's a good place to get a fast job and a couple of quick dollars if you find your self falling victim of the economy.. with that being said that's all that's good about it. They take every second they can can from your paycheck and have a near impossible commission structure, "At VXI the only constant is change" and if you can keep up withe the rule changing on you every day then this i the place for you!
