I placed an order for custom cabinets on June 28, and was told they would be done in 7-10 days. Several broken promises and excuses later, my cabinets were still not done a month later. Then I was told a "fire" demolished my cabinets and the sample cabinet door I provided them. Instead of offering to replace my door they destroyed (or more likely, lost) they wanted to make me a new one. I insisted, "no, you will buy me a replacement door." The reply was "I hope it doesn't cost more than $2.00!" Seriously?



Avoid this place like the plague. They are unprofessional, disorganized, cannot be trusted, and will avoid answering your phone calls when they run out of excuses.



A consistent pattern of dishonesty doesn't do a business well.
