The technicians made every effort to correct the problem remotely and then came to the office in a timely manner to finally resolve the problem. Always attentive and very helpful when a problem arises.
We have only been with Telepacific for one month. The implementation went well and we have not had any disruption in service and we are satisfied and saving money.
I don`t have anything but good thing to say about Telepacific. If I have any issue (hardly) you help us resolved very quickly in the timely manner which is much better than my previous company I had been nothing but bad experience especially the internet always down.
