On Sept. 23, 2006,I took my Nextel cell phone in for a repair and I was ripped off. My Nextel Cell Phone was switched with a boost mobile phone. My ear plug was the only problem I had and now I have very bad reception and the direct connect is not working I paid $35.00 dollars to get ripped off. When I asked why there was a boost mobile logo on my Nextel phone, the guy assured me it was just a down load. I was not given a receipt the store is on the T aisle near the north side door. I will be returning to get a Police report done, on Sat. Sep 30, 2006. I will also report this to BBB and to the Nextel Franchise.
