General Info

A licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a separate specialty in Art Therapy, offering individual, couple, and group sessions. I have several years of experience treating children, adolescents, and adults who are working on such issues as depression, anxiety, abuse, life transitions, relationship communication, and self esteem/personal growth. My art training combined with my many years of education and experience in the mental health field have allowed me to utilize art, in addition to talk therapy, when appropriate. Visual communication creates a rich layer to enhance the verbal therapeutic process and presents a means of assisting my clients with alternative modes of expression and exploration. The blend of words and images has proven to be a very effective method over the years to further the therapeutic process.
