For years I owned and ran a property management firm and know th ins and outs of this business. I can say that while each company has their pros and cons, my experience with these guys is that they have their act together….both from an owner and tenant standpoint. Would not hesitate to use them again at all.

I was a tenant at one of their buildings under management and honestly, I never had a problem. There was only one situation where I needed some plumbing work done and it was done quickly and to my satisfaction.

This organization is the most unresponsive, and secretive management company. They withhold important information from the homeowners. They don't do anything to protect their homeowners. In fact, when they got sued they didn't even bother to show up in court, which has led to a judgment being put against Rightway LA.

I wanted to personally thank RWLA for helping us manage through a difficult period of tenant transition and turnover. You guys rock!
