M&D DESTROYED MY PERSONAL PROPERTY WHILE AWAY ON MY HONEYMOON!!



My fiancé and I kept some pieces of our wedding decorations on our personal property for a few days leading up to our wedding. While away on our honeymoon, M&D sent a letter saying we should remove it (of course we didn't receive that letter), then just a couple of days later came and took our stuff. After I griped, they returned it, but severely damaged and broken.



DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

The worst management company in LA. They are terrible at every step of the leasing process, from signing the lease to moving out. I will never live in another M&D apartment again. The office staff is clueless, WHEN they pick up the phone, which is almost never. They find different creative ways to charge you for new things every month. They have an "emergency" line that you can call if something happens after hours, which they do not check. In other words, if you have an emergency (my one and only toilet wasn't flushing on a Saturday, for instance), be prepared to wait until normal business hours for someone to get back to you. I regret every renting from them, and have an awful experience living here.
