- General DentistryFinancial Arrangements: Our financial secretary will meet with you and go over our office financial policy and arrange the method of payment for your general dentistry care. If you have insurance we will help you determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. So that we can keep our costs down (and therefore our fees) we ask that your portion be paid at the time of service. As the care is being provided to you, our patient, and not to the insurance company, we would like to remind you that you are ultimately responsible for paying for the service you receive. Should the insurance company not pay, or take an inordinate amount of time to pay, we will ask you to take responsibility for ensuring the bill gets paid. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim, handling insurance questions, and facilitating payment by the insurance company.
