MasterTech really performed under pressure, our RICOH MPC4001 Color Copier was displaying error code SC-819 & was completely Down!! It would not even answer the incoming faxes.

We called to place a service call & a Senior Tech came to our medical office the same day.

The Technician diagnosed the Hard Drive as being the cause of the error code, He backed up our user data & promptly reformatted the Hard Drive and Abracadabra!!

We are back to doing good business serving our clients.
