Maria's Salsa Tatemada is amazing! The roasted chile flavor is awesome. I was buying this at Oak Hill Market but they don't carry it anymore. The brand they now carry tastes of chemicals. I would love to find a source in Paso Robles, CA. BTW - this is from a gringo!

Bought their dark roast "Salsa Talemata" at Winco Foods for $2.65. Comes in a plastic container in the produce cold section. Super rich and delicious but simple. Full body. Just like my nana use to make! I'm stocking up next time I go because it's almost gone in 2 days. They also do a green and red salsa, can't wait to try those too! Yum!
