The Mar Vista Recreation Center features an auditorium, outdoor roller hockey rink, barbecue pits and basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. The center offers opportunities to participate in a selection of activities, such as softball, cheerleading, soccer and football. It also features an indoor gymnasium, jogging path, children s play area and picnic tables. The Mar Vista Recreation Center provides classes in art. In addition, the center offers access to individual scholarship programs. It organizes tournaments and game leagues. The center is managed by City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, which is governed by the City of Los Angeles.
