I purchased a pair of rimless glasses here a little less than six months ago. The frame broke and I took them in for repair nearly two weeks ago. Since then it has been like pulling teeth to find out what the status is of the repair order. The staff in this store tell you that they will call back and never do and they constantly pass you along to others who are more clueless than the previous disinterested individuals. They always claim they are trying to take care of someone else.
