I've been wanting to paint my 4 bedroom home for about a year or so now, I've been holding off do to the fact that I haven't had great experiences with contractors working on my home in the past. I decided this time to do my research. I found Joel and Company here on super pages and decided to give them a shoot. The guys did a very good job and finished my entire house in about 8 days (interior and exterior). They had two crews working, one for the inside and one for the outside. I noticed they did a great painting prep work because I checked every morning and evening on the progress. The project ran smooth and Joel helped with the color choices providing many samples before I decided on the right color. It was also nice to see the guys haul away all the trash on a daily basis.I plan on using them again for some more work later in the year.

This is my first experience with Joel & Co Construction and I am very pleased. I am a new home owner. They were prompt, helpful, polite and professional. I had the popcorn ceilings removed and the entire interior painted. The smooth plaster looks beautiful and the paint job is out of this world! straight lines, no drips, I can tell this company respects quality work. I feel very well taken care of by this company and will absolutely call on them again.

A friend referred me to Joel & Co Construction and I am so thankful he did. I had put in a new driveway and walkway for my house and built a guest house in the back yard with a patio cover. I used Joel & Co Construction last summer, I had a new roof installed on my home. I saw that Joel has a listing here and I just wanted to leave my feed back. My experiences with this company was great. They completed my project in just 3 days. There work is very detailed, their workers are courteous and the job site was always kept clean. Joel renovated my kitchen and two bathrooms and did a wonderful job. The renovated rooms look fabulous and they put a lot of energy making sure that every detail was finished right. Furthermore, and perhaps more important, beyond just being good at the construction end of his job, the team were great to work with, he is very reliable and efficient when it comes to all the other stuff involved in renovations.
