I used to enjoy going to an 80s-themed cardio class here, but that teacher is no longer there. What most frustrates me about this place is that it's so small ... I always felt like I was bumping into other people. They have a lot of different classes if you're into zumba, etc, but most weren't really my jam.

If you're looking for a way to amp up your workout, or just looking for a way to start getting a little exercise, Heartbeat House is a good place to start.



I don't have any talent for dance at all, yet I love it. At Heartbeat House, even those of us with two left feet can have fun getting our dance on - no pressure to be awesome, just pressure to have fun.
