DS is an office of asbuilt measuring and modeling service in Los Angeles. The firm established in 2006. We take tape measures with laser tool for 2D as-built drawings and 3D models of residential houses, apartments, hotels, hospitals, and any kind of commercial buildings for Building Information Model (BIM) of building, site and structural conditions. We present quick and accurate measuring services of any kind for home and commercial building owners with a high level of accuracy very close tolerance levels with over 10 years experience of measuring houses and all kind of other buildings. Our main goal of residential as-built services consists of providing as-built documentation for the existing homes which assures accuracy and acceptance by the Los Angeles California Planning and Building Agencies, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors and other parties who may be involved in the construction process.
