Cooper Heating & A/C did a great job fixing my heater, came out within an hour and fixed our problem did an excellent job, pricing was very reasonable.

Went out to check out my heater, did not see anything wrong so he did not charge me anything. Also gave me tips on how to maintain my stuff so I rally appreciated the service. Will definitely call back if anything happens to my heating and cooling units, thanks.

Mr Cooper realily answered the phone and called me back. He was available the next day to repair my A/C. His charges were very reasonable, less that another service for the same thing. He was very kind, patient and polite. He took the time to explain to me all the steps on the way what he was doing and why. His 20 years of experience really showed. He cleaned up when he was done. I would recommend him very highly and have him return to my home in the future for any additional service.

Very prompt: answered the phone right away, had me text him my address, and arrived exactly at the 45 min mark when he said he would. He was able to diagnose and fix my issue within 5 minutes and I had air conditioning again. All of this was on one of the hottest days of the month. After such a quick fix, all I was charged was the service call fee. I will definitely be recommending Mr. Cooper to any of my friends that need HVAC service.

A totally helpful technician arrived within an hour, added refrigerant liquid, and got our air conditioner working again. He recommended trimming the hedges around the a/c unit outside, and was quick and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

I had a big problem with my central A/C in a home we just moved into. The home was vacant for about a year and someone cut and removed parts from the inside hearter/ac unit and the outside a/c unit. I just had a bunch of wires and a hot hot house and a big fear of being ripped off. I was referred to Cooper Heating and Air Conditioning by a friend of of 86 year of mother. I gave cooper a call, he promptly answered the phone, listened to my wife and made a good atemp to get me in by the end of the week. He came out on time at 8am and in a step-by-step process started to get the components working. He was careful to to look at the butchered wiring, organized, calm, and four and a half detailed hours later we had our system running. He has a peaceful intelligent spirit that is unique in this busy world. cooper is a great technician and honest man.
