I highly reccomend Century City Flower Mart. Not just because of the flowers that blow my friends, family and clients out of the water, but because the people who work there are so gracious and kind. I've had the same experience too. "Century City Florist" is the one with the Owner David. I called and my flowers were awful and found out I called the wrong place. So I called the correct florist " Century City Florist" to have them fix my order. This man was rude and beyond approach. I called my credit card company right away and got a charge back. He even tried to charge me again for the order the following month and I had to charge it back again. It was a real headache. Century City Flower Mart designs are incredible. I have only gotten compliments and everyone I've given flowers to from Century City Flower Mart have complimented on several occasions way after I've sent them. They are truly memorable

Wow. I just read the review and I've never had a bad experience from this store. The arrangement are always fresh and amazing. I've been coming to this store for over 10 years. The previous review is an error! I had a bad experience from Century City Florist they pretended they were Century City Flower Mart and they are both on Pico blvd. I went into the Century City Flower Mart, my florist and they told me that I had not placed an order. They said that it must have been Century City Florist that I had placed my order with. I went to this place and it was gross and ugly. The man in the store was mean and unhelpful. I left the store, called and cancelled my order and went back to my florist Century City Flower Mart. I hear that they get mixed up with this store all the time and the guy David will not tell you called the wrong store he will just steal the order. I love these guys and they are wonderful. It must be a mistake. By the way the owner is a woman, not a man.

They do the most amazing floral arrangements around! My wife was blown away and she is very hard to please. She said that their were so many people in her office that gave her so many compliments. I really scored big time and it is still paying off. I now can't use anyone else.
