Noisy neighbors on either side of the building.Yapping dog in one of the apartments.Crappy management.Newly painted exterior. Still waiting for promised new exterior carpeting on entry stairs. Not holding our breaths.New owner as of July (?) 2009. He made nice garden improvements; painted the laundry room and installed a laundry folding counter. Still needs to switch places btwn. washer and dryer which is easily done with extension to vent pipe, but they can't seem to figure it out.
