If you shop in this center and park your car it will be gone when you return. The shopping center is in cahoots with Quick Lift towing. The tow truck sits on the lot next to Rite Aid and is called by the Shopping Center to tow the cars. In order for you to retrieve your car you must pay excessive fees. I took Quick LIft towing to court. They were ordered by the court to pay me 3 times what they had charged me. If your car has been towed, stand up to them. You can file a small claims action, the judge in Dept 90 at the Stanley Mosk Justice Center is very familiar with what is going on at Barnsdall Square Shopping Plaza. In addition, Quick Lift Towing's incorporation is in suspension. Legally, they can not defend themselves, or appeal a court action. Please don't let yourself be a victim, these people are criminals and need to be brought to justice.
