I regret having moved to this apartment because the manager is rude and careless. I have notified my manager about the noisy neighbors upstairs, but she doesn't give a #*$*!
The maintainance is horrible and this building is really old so there are problems with the elevator and sinks. I honestly don't recommend moving in to this apartment.
