I went to American Auto Glass in Los Angeles and they replaced my back window on my Honda Accord. I was very surprised by how much it costs, compared to the other glass shops around LA. Anyway, they came out, did a great job and I saved money.
matched and beat the lowest price I could find, came out in under 2 hours from when I called and the job looks great!!!
Brimming with arrogance and incompetence. Twice tried to fob off used, scrapped parts as new. Misseated windshield and refused to reseat it, leaving me with potential water damage to electrical system. Incorrectly aligned window so that it doesn't open entirely. Refused to correct it. Broke master power-window switch and tried to replace it with salvaged auto part.
