Action Dispute Resolution Services, also known as ADR Services, founded in 1994, provides neutral mediators, including attorneys and retired judges to resolve various disputes. Its services include mediation, arbitration that is an adversarial process where a neutral arbitrator renders a decision after there has been a presentation of evidence, settlement conferences and negotiations. Action Dispute also offers private trials, early neutral evaluations, fact finding and minitrials that occur late in the pretrial process. The firm settles disputes of professional and product liabilities, medical malpractice, construction, personal injury, real estate, civil rights, family law and employment.
