Terrible Service!!! Door says Free estimates. Paid $40 for him to look at. He told me he would call me back at 5 o'clock. At 6:30 I phoned him and he told me he wanted to keep it overnight thanks for the call back. At 3:40 the next day he said he couldn't get it to turn on. I asked if he had a plug because that was the only way we can get it to turn on. He said it could be a variety of different things wrong with it. I was so mad it's probably the battery but he couldn't figure any of this out. And I'm out $40 for no reason.
Los Alamitos Computer Repair was a great experience for me. my computer had a horrible for virus that was eating at all my data which included my paper due to for finals. Yikes! Luckily, Los Alamitos Computer repair was able to remove the virus and recover all my data in time for me to turn in my paper. Thank You Los Alamitos Computer Repair for saving me from having to write another paper :)
I took my computer in for repair because it wouldn't power own, and it wasn't yet a year old. I was told the power supply needed to be replaced and it would cost almost as much as a new computer. I decided against it because as it turns out my computer was under warranty and the problem wasn't the power supply but the power switch. All I had to pay was shipping to the manufacturer.
